Lynnfield MA Hardie Siding, Windows & Doors

Professional Building Services is thrilled to have provided these local homeowners with a transformation of their homes exterior!

Problems Before: 

They had 1 layer of wood siding that was peeling, rotting, and at the end of its life. The amount and type of sealant around the windows and doors was minimal and the soffit size was insufficient for the overall size of the house. They wanted an entirely new look and better efficiency overall.

Siding: James Hardie Fiber Cement
Windows: Harvey Classic Series
Door: Andersen Storm Door & HAAS Garage Doors

PBS installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Hardie Plank with Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and taped around all seams including windows. Siding is a 5″ reveal Cedar Mill in Hardie’s Color Plus Sail Cloth. We also added Hardie Window & Door Trim and Sills, Hardie Fascia, Hardie Soffit, and Hardie Corner boards in Arctic White. We accented with a beautiful water table, 3 inch Hardie Crown Molding on the windows & decorative corner boards. We also replaced all of their windows with Harvey Classics & replaced their entire garage door system & doors.

These homeowners were absolutely fantastic to work with. They liked the process and end result so much that they hosted a James Hardie Siding neighborhood event Despite it downpouring the entire time, it was a blast! We’re in the designing stages for future remodeling projects with these homeowners and are looking forward to working with them again soon!
