These homeowners reached out to us initially due to our James Hardie siding expertise and decided we were a great match due to our extensive certifications in windows and doors as well. Both homeowners are extreme gardeners and worked with us to make sure their yard and flowers were as protected as possible throughout the entire transformation.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing wood shingle siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank & 5 Inch Straight Shingle Siding in Colorplus finish in Mountain Sage. We installed Hardie 5 inch corner boards, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. Lastly, we installed several windows, and a new storm entry door for best installation practices.
These homeowners very satisfied with the project and hired us to install their small side deck a couple days afterwards!
