About This Project
This home in West Newbury, MA is a true transformation. The water and insect damage was no match for our rot repair experts. PBS to the rescue! PBS installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie Cedarmill Plank Siding in 5 inch Monterey Taupe with Hardie Straight Shingle and Hardie Board and Batten Accents on the front of the house.
Contemporary door trim and gable end details that match their new custom contemporary design build portico and landing. 5 inch Hardie Arctic White cornerboards with Hardie Soffit, Fascia, and Shadowline in Arctic White. This portico design process was tons of fun with a lot of inspiration from our homeowner’s Pinterest board. Landing is in Trex Transcend Tropical Havana Gold.
