Dracut MA Hardie Siding

This home in Dracut, MA really increased efficiency and curb appeal. They started with our Siding Design process and hired us to reframe and enlargen the dining room window overlooking their back yard with an Andersen 400 series window as well as a front Therma Tru door.

These homeowners had a lot of structural rot repair needed and PBS fully remedied the water and insect damage.We  installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie Cedarmill Plank Siding in 5 inch Reveal Timber Bark with 4 inch Hardie Cobblestone cornerboards and window and door trim. PBS also installed Hardie Soffit, Fascia, Shadowline in Cobblestone  and gutters. We boxed off the tops of their garage doors for a more modern look and wraped their front entry posts. We’re so pleased with the final results and so are their neighbors. Soon after, their neighbors hired us to do their Hardie system installation.
