These homeowners reached out to us because their Masonite siding was at the end of its life. The siding was swollen with moisture and could not hold any paint or nails. New James Hardie Fibercement Siding & Trim was the only solution, and they reached out to us as we completed 2 other jobs in this neighborhood!
PBS installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Evening Blue. The Hardie 5 inch corner boards, 5-inch window and door trim, fascia, and soffit in with high-contrast Arctic White
We also installed full house Harvey Slimline new construction windows, reframed his front door to a 7 FT Therma Tru fiberglass door, design-built a new portico and also re-roofed their front window with copper roofing. We love that this neighborhood is stepping up their low-maintenance game and can’t wait to do more projects in the area!
