These homeowners reached out to us 4 years after we installed their roofing and skylight project to take on their Siding project and quickly added 4 decks and 2 portico to the scope of work as well. PBS installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Boothbay Blue with Accented Hardie Board & Batten on underneath back portico. The Hardie 5 inch corner boards, 5-inch window and door trim, fascia, and soffit in Arctic White. The picture frame window sill detail is a nice contemporary look for this unique style home.
