Hampton, NH Siding Installation

These homeowner’ business works a lot with Hardie products, and they knew they needed to hire the right contractor to ensure 100% weather tight, perfect installation. We were honored to be selected for this siding, trim, door, and decking project.

Professional Building Services demoed 1 layer of wood siding before installing Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Aged Pewter with 5 Inch Hardie Straight Shingle Accent on the front entry in Aged Pewter. We also installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 4-inch window trim in Hardie’s Cobblestone. We installed Hardie Soffit & Fascia in Hardie’s Cobblestone. During this process, we installed 3 Trex Decking & Railing projects, front entry door, and wrapped the entry posts in PVC.

We had a blast designing this house. The homeowner had a clear vision from the first meeting on color and siding profile selections, as they were nervous about complimenting the existing stonework on the front of the home. Turns out, we switched both of those predetermined selections during our design build process, and the homeowner says it turned out 100x better than the initial idea with the combo of the Aged Pewter, Cobblestone, Plank Profile, Shingle Profile, and Therma Tru Pre-Finish Factory Stain application.
