Groveland, MA Portico Installation

Added this portico to the scope of work when they scheduled their siding, roofing, window, door, and eyebrow build project with us. They wanted some extra curb appeal and protection from the elements.

Professional Building Services designed & built this portico with these homeowners. We used PVC decorative columns with PVC crown moulding along the roofline. They upgraded the ceiling to low-maintenance Versatex, which looks just like wood but functions much better! The homeowners were stuck between the additional cost of doing the whole house with a metal roof or just the accented areas of the portico or eyebrow. They decided on the accented areas, and it definitely enhances the quality of all projects!
