Groton MA Hardie Siding

The roof on this home was in really bad shape. The light gray singles were covered in moss, grim, were changing colors and had been falling apart.[/vc_column_text]

These homeowners had siding at the end of its life. 1 layer of vinyl that suffered from sunspotting, warping, and cracking and 1 layer of cedar plank infested with rot and insects.

PBS installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Hardie Plank with Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and tape around all seams including windows. Siding is a 4″ reveal in Hardie’s Color Plus Autumn Tan.We also added Hardie Fascia, Soffit & Cornerboards for the total Hardie package. We installed Crown Molding Hardie Trim on the front windows & doors with an accent water table divider on the front of the house. We also replaced the front entry door with a beautiful Therma Tru, the garage doors with a Haas model & a garage window.

These homeowners love the durability and look of Hardie & cannot wait to see their heating differences this winter.
