The original deck on this local property was a fraction of the size. The homeowners wanted a space to sit out and enjoy their 2-acre lot and a product with a strong substructure.

Professional Building Services built a 12 x 20 Trex Transcend Deck in Tiki Torch with picture framing and fascia. The Trex Transcend Tiki Torch Railings with white posts, caps & balusters really give a lot of character to this backyard. This deck is even prettier at night with the Trex post cap lighting. The homeowner is so happy he chose an LGS (steel frame) substructure, which we built on helical piles for maximum bearing strength.
