These homeowners did not like their existing first generation composite decking and hired us to build a bigger deck.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame with Ground Contact Rated Pressure Treated Wood. We installed Trex Transcend Decking in Tropical Island Mist with white Trex Select Railing and black round metal balusters. We built a larger deck 25 x 14 and added post cap deck lighting for some extra curb appeal.
