About This Project
This family needed the complete PBS treatment: siding, portico, dock, multiple decks, and metal roofing. We were happy to build them a safe and beautiful 12.5 x 10 deck.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a ground contact rated pressure treated wood framing with Trex Protect. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Tree House and Trex Select Railing with black round metal balusters.
This family is so happy to have a safer deck for their in-law apartment.
