Homeowners Issue Before PBS: 

This client in Exeter, NH, was interested in having their deck refinished so they could both entertain friends and family, but also have a sturdy, outdoor storage space.  The previous wood deck was beginning to mildew and was looking weather-worn.  Our clients decided it was time for an upgrade and reached out to Professional Building Services to help them decide what material to use on their new deck.

Professional Building Services dismantled the previous deck and installed our homeowner’s new Azek Harvest Decking.  Our homeowner was looking to have their deck replaced because their previous deck was wearing out, and they wanted an outdoor space to entertain, as well as plenty of storage space underneath the deck that would be secured.  Our clients decided on using the Azek line of products to replace our client’s worn-out deck.  After dismantling the previous deck, the crew installed our client’s new Azek Harvest Decking, and the beautiful latticework and railings underneath.

Our client was thrilled with their new Azek decking.  Not only does their deck look fantastic, but it is functional too! From the deck itself, perfect for entertaining guests, to the spacious storage underneath the deck, complete with a lattice to keep intruders and pests out, our client is ready to use their new deck to its fullest potential.  They were thrilled with their new deck, and the efficient, clean work the crew did to complete it.  Our clients will be enjoying their deck for years to come!
