Derry, NH Siding Installation

These homeowners are in the construction industry and vetted many contractors prior to hiring us! We loved collaborating with a family-run business in a similar industry, and had tons of fun with the Renworks design process playing around with different color combinations.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing cedarplank siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Deep Ocean Blue. The Hardie 5 inch corner boards, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White with the exception of the dormers, which have 3.5 cornerboards. We love the picture frame window sill detail on all of the windows and the full 6 inch water table along the bottom of the home. We replicated the 1 x 8 Friezeboard on the bottom of the 2nd floor as well in Hardie’s Arctic White.

We had a great time working with these homeowners and are currently working on a 3 season room porch project with them!
