Decking Installation In Wolfeboro, NH

This homeowner has an incredible property, but wanted to create a wrap around deck that was low-maintenance to make the best of their lakefront activities. We were recommended by a well-known landscaping company and worked together to truly transform their outdoor oasis!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing front deck & installed new helical piles for the entire new wrap around deck. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed over 900 square feet of decking section in Azek Vintage Mahogany with Trex Select Railing and Posts in White with Black Round Metal Balusters. This railing is extra special with a custom cocktail railing feature and post cap lights. The stairs also have riser lighting. We reframed the existing 4 season room right window into a new slider to accommodate for best foot traffic. We installed Rain Escapes Dry Space system so the entire underneath area is weather tight and covered the system with vinyl beadboard ceiling. Lastly, we added pops of black by wrapping all posts and beams with Azek black PVC and also installed custom vertical lattice in Azek black PVC.
