These homeowners needed a true backyard oasis custom built for entertainment—check out the custom outdoor kitchen/bar on the deck. This was a blast to design and select complimentary materials.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles to properly support the deck being so high off the ground. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a Trex Elevations steel frame with Trex Rain Escapes DrySpace for a 4 season room build. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Spiced Rum with a radiant hexagon pattern. Railing is a 3 color combo of Trex Transcend White posts, Vintage Lantern railing , and black round metal balusters.

Deck lights in post caps and stair risers look incredible & the custom cascading staircase and landing platform is one of our most favorite designs to date. Custom gate built at the top of the stairs and custom masonary knee wall built around the 4 season room. The windows selected let so much light into this 4 season room and the vinyl beadboard ceiling, recessed lighting, and fan is stunning!
