This homeowner reached out to us to completely redo the exterior of lakefront summer property. She wanted to use quality materials and quality installation. We had worked with her in previous years on her main residence, so she trusted that we would get the job right the first time!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles for the entire wrap around deck. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Fortress Steel framing. We installed over 700 square feet of decking in Trex Transcend Tropical Havana Gold with Trex Transcend Railing and Posts in White with Black Round Metal Balusters. We love the additional decorative detail of the picture frame deck skirting in Trex Transcend in Vintage Lantern to add a bit more curb appeal. The safety and peace of mind of the custom stair gate is also a great feature of this deck.
