Professional Building Services demoed the existing window and installed a brand new Harvey Sliding Door with proper Ice & Water Shield flashing, OSI caulking, PVC trim, and stainless steel nails. We installed new helical piles, cement stair pad, a new 5 flash system ledger before building the Ground Contact Rated Frame. We installed Ground Contact Rated Decking and Railing.

This window-to-door conversion is weather tight and the simple stairs creates a much needed access to the backyard entertainment space!
