This homeowner needed a safer, more reliable deck with a modern look! They watched us complete a beautiful 4 season room design build down the street from them, so they knew immediately who to call to help with their decking needs!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles to properly support the deck being so high off the ground. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a 12 x 16 Trex Elevations steel frame. We installed Trex Select decking in Saddle with Trex Select White railing and black round metal balusters. We installed PVC fascia skirting along the decking and stairs.

The extra “wow-factor” of this deck is the stunning cocktail railing on the deck platform and stairs. Same size but low-maintenance and gorgeous!
