This family first reached out to us to install big back deck with a new stair layout.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a ground contact rated pressure treated wood framing. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Tropical Island Mist and Trex Transcend Railing with black round metal balusters. We also added a large amount of vinyl lattice and a custom lattice gate for easy storage. Our favorite part of this deck is the picture frame detailing along the perimeter of the decking and steps.

This family loved working with us so much that they hired us 5 years later to do a siding, trim, front door, garage door, garage eyebrow, and window and door eyebrow build project.
