These local homeowners reached out us through an awesome referral and wanted us to collaborate with a landscaper/pool company on their new backyard design.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new supportive helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and built a 34 x 12 frame with Ground Contact Rated Framing. We installed Trex Select Decking in Gravel Path with white Select railing and black round metal balusters. We built a stair landing as part of this design to help with the overall lay out and installed customer PVC white vertical lattice along the entire deck with an access gate!
