Deck Installation In North Andover

This family wanted a safer, low-maintenance deck that was the same exact size, but also provided some dryspace for phase 2 of the project involving lattice, gate, and pavers.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new supportive helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a 16 x 12 frame with Ground Contact Rated Framing. We installed Trex Transcend Decking in Tropical Island Mist with White Select railing and black round metal balusters. We installed Trex Rain Escapes along the entire frame to prepare for phase 2 underneath storage build.
