Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new supportive helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and built a 12 x 14 frame with Ground Contact Rated Framing. We installed Trex Enhanced Decking in Foggy Wharf with white Select railing and black round metal balusters.

Even though the new deck kept within the same footprint as the old, these before and afters are insane. We love how this deck turned out and so did this family!
