About This Project
These homeowners wanted their entire backyard to have a transformation and decided to hire PBS for a design-build project involving a new covered porch, decking, and railing.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Fortress Steel framing. We installed 30 x 20 and 17 x 16 decking sections in a cool diagonal pattern design on the Trex Lineage Jasper decking and Trex Transcend Railing, Balusters & Posts in White. The custom cascading princess dual staircases are absolutely beautiful. We installed riser and cap lighting to really add that “wow” factor at night. We also added a large amount of custom composite lattice and a custom lattice gate for easy storage.
