About This Project
This homeowner originally reached out to us for a quote on new siding & trim and decided to add this back deck and some windows & doors to the scope of work at the same time. They wanted a “no maintenance house!”
Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed 18 x 12 decking section in Trex Transcend decking in Tropical Spiced Rum. We also installed Trex Transcend Railing and Posts in White with Black Round Metal Balusters.
The homeowners love the bigger layout of their back deck and now spend more time watching the animals around the pond overlooking their property!
