These homeowners hired us to do a new siding, trim, window, and storm door project the previous year and had a wonderful experience. We were excited when they reached back out to PBS for their side entry deck project!

Professional Building Services removed existing decking and installed new helical piles, 5 step flashed deck ledger, and ground contact rated pressure treated framing. These homeowners wanted the extra peace-of-mind of adding Trex Protect along the tops of all framing to help with decking to framing connections. We picture framed the decking in Spiced Rum and added PVC fascia skirting along decking and stairs. We installed Trex Transcend Decking in Spiced Rum with Trex Transcend Railing in Vintage Lantern with Black Round Metal Balusters.
