About This Project
This homeowner needed a bigger and safer deck. He was sick of painting and sanding his existing deck, and his two neighbors had great experiences with us so he reached out for a consultation!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed 27 x 16 decking section. We installed Trex Select Decking in Pebble Gray and Trex Select Railing in white with black round metal balusters. We love the custom privacy wall underneath the deck.
