These homeowners were recommended to us by a landscaping expert for an awesome collaboration. We worked together to design a jacuzzi/ decking layout to best suite this family’s needs.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new supportive helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and built a frame with Ground Contact Rated Framing. We installed Trex Transcend Decking in Tropical Island Mist with White Transcend railing and black round metal balusters. We installed 13 post cap lights at the tops of all deck posts and installed white vinyl lattice with an access gate. We also installed a brand new 72 x 80 Andersen 400 Series white sliding door.
Our homeowners love the stair design layout and how seamless this project went! We love the added touch of the cocktail railing!
