Covered Porch Installation In Salem

These homeowners were referred to us by their a local landscaper in the process of a total backyard transformation. We worked with this family on a design consult for the poolhouse that turned into a backyard oasis.

Professional Building Services prepped the area and used ground contact rated pressure treated framing for the walls and gable roof. We installed ice and water shield, underlayment, and Owens Corning Duration Shingle in Estate Gray to match their house. The size of this poolhouse is 16 x 24. We installed 2 new construction Harvey Slimline windows and James Hardie fibercement siding in Board & Batten style in Arctic White. All beams and posts were wrapped with PVC. The fireplace and bar have Versetta Stone installation, and the ceiling has woodlooking PVC Versatex in Weathered Gray. We love the recessed lighting and double fans!

This family loves the designated spaces within the structure and how it opens up to the new jacuzzi and pool. The homeowners were so happy that they also has us install a small deck off the back of their house. They had a big party for our crew members once it was complete!
