About This Project
This homeowner hired us to install a James Hardie Siding & Trim & Harvey window project a couple of years prior. So when they needed a new 4 season room at their summer property, they knew who to call!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed 16 x 12 decking section in Trex Select decking in Pebble Gray. We framed up the walls, installed Harvey New Construction Windows, and framed a gable roof with Owens Corning Roofing Shingles.
This homeowner is now able to enjoy her outdoor space without any concern for weather or critters!
