Covered Porch Installation In Londonderry, NH

These homeowners needed to give their front farmers porch a massive refresh! Low-maintenance and curb appeal was a top priority in the design process.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing farmers porch & were able to reuse the existing deck footings. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a 40 x 6 ground contact rated frame. For extra protection, we installed Trex Protection along all framing. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Tropical Spiced Rum with Trex Transcend White railing. We installed PVC fascia skirting along the decking and stairs, wrapped top beam in PVC, and picture framed the decking in Spiced Rum.
