Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed 14 x 14 screen porch & 12 x 14 decking section and a 10 x 5 platform in Azek decking in Dark Roast. We framed up the walls, installed Harvey New Construction Windows on the bottom half and the pyramid peak with screened section in the middle. We framed and installed a gable roof with Owens Corning Roofing Shingles, wrapped all posts in Black PVC.. The open deck section has beautiful Azek Premier Black Railing with Azek Dark Roast Cocktail Railing. We absolutely love the cable balusters and riser lighting on the staircase and pop of Black PVC on posts and inside the screen room beams. The ceiling is stunning—T&G pine groove and pops!
