Covered Porch Installation In Deerfield

These homeowners initially reached out to us for a James Hardie fibercement siding & trim installation due to our Elite Preferred status. They were converting an old camp cabin into the retirement home of their dreams! They had just a great experience with us that they hired us to convert their existing covered porch into a true 4 season room with new windows and a sliding door. The existing covered porch they had was extremely unstable and falling apart! We worked together with the homeowners to make sure it looked like it belonged to the rest of the home and the layout worked for their family. We also did a design-build open deck for them as well.

Professional Building Services did a design-build new 4 season room and open deck. The covered porch has new construction Harvey window and doors and matching fibercement project as the rest of the house. The new layout of the open deck looks extremely modern and opens up to beautiful Northwood Lake. We installed Trex Select decking in Pebble Gray with Trex Select railing, white posts, black round metal balusters, and matching Pebble Gray cocktail railing. The PVC post and beam wrap with plugs really dresses up the deck framing and ties into the rest of the house.

This home is stunning from all angles, but our favorite is from the lake, arriving by boat!
