About This Project
These local Salem, NH homeowners hired us to design a backyard oasis! The before and after photos speak for themselves!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new helical piles to support the weightload of the new 3 season room build. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a 12 x 14 frame with Ground Contact Rated Framing. We installed Trex Transcend Decking in Tropical Spiced Rum with Black Transcend railing and square balusters. We built a hip style roof and installed T&G pine ceiling with black metal roofing. We installed Azek PVC paneling along the staircase to ensure safety and had fun adding riser lights.
This house sits on a corner lot, so seeing the curb appeal coming from the back of the house is a nice treat! Such a fun project!
