Covered Porch Install In Pelham, NH

These homeowners are wonderful repeat customers for us! They loved this project so much that they had us build a 2 story deck/screen porch at their lakefront property as well.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new helical piles to support the weightload of the new 3 season room build. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a 16 x 16 frame with Ground Contact Rated Framing. We installed Trex Select Decking in Saddle. We built a A style roof and installed white vinyl beadboard ceiling, recessed lighting, and a fan. We installed Azek PVC paneling on all posts, screens, and a new Andersen storm door. This outdoor area was finished off by installing a concrete pad large enough to support their jacuzzi and also installing new 23 x 16 Azek pavers in Boardwalk for the inlay and Redwood for the border.
