Covered Porch Install In Nottingham

These homeowners initially hired us a couple of year prior to do a 3 season room at their main residence in Pelham, NH. They loved the PBS production experience and final results so much that they gave us a call to remodel their lakefront property’s open deck with a 3 season room underneath!

Professional Building Services reused the existing piles and repaired the pressure treated 24 x 12 framing, keeping the same deck and 3 season room size. We installed all new beadboard ceiling on the inside of the 3 season room with recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, 2 Andersen storm doors, screen system, and railings allow for a more open feel than installing a kneewall system. We kept the decking and railing consistent in the 3 season room and open deck sections. We installed Trex Select decking in Saddle with Trex Transcend railing with glass inserts on lakefront sections and the remaining railing with black round metal balusters and black posts.
