Covered Porch Install In Exeter, NH

This homeowner hired us for our Deck Design Services, which turned into a 3 season room and open deck project. This outdoor space is one of our largest covered porches and lets in so much natural light!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed 22 x 16 screen porch & 12 x 10 decking section in Trex Transcend decking in Tropical Island Mist. We framed up the walls, installed Harvey New Construction Windows on the bottom half and the pyramid peak with screened section in the middle. We framed and installed a gable roof with Owens Corning Roofing Shingles, wrapped all posts in PVC, and installed a new sliding door. The open deck section has beautiful Trex Transcend railings with black round metal balusters.

These homeowners are so happy to be able to finally enjoy their backyard without being bombarded by insects and critters!
