These homeowners were sick of their slippery, dated, first generation composite decking. They hired us to transform their back deck to a whopping 96LF deck!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame with Steel Framing. We installed Trex Transcend Decking in Tropical Spiced Rum with white Trex Transcend Railing and black round metal balusters. The obvious show stopper is the pure magnitude of the deck size. This is especially tricky to get sufficient ledgers, helical piles, and proper Rain Escapes Dry Space system properly. This way, the homeowners are able to fully enjoy the upper and lower deck. We’re so happy that they used experts with “mega decks” so they wouldn’t fall victim to the chuck and truck rescues.

We love the dual staircase and the curved staircase. What a transformation!
