Burlington, MA Deck Installation

These homeowners were in desperate need of a new back deck. The boards, framing, and railing were failing and needed to be ripped out.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We also turned their addition into a 3 season screen room. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed 380 sq feet of decking in Trex Transcend Decking in Island Mist and added this decking along all railings for an upgraded Cocktail Railing look with white Trex Transcend Railing and black round metal balusters. The obvious show stopper is this princess staircase. We have MANY homeowners use this staircase as an inspiration photo! Super fun to do! We finished off the deck with custom PVC vertical lattice and access gate.

This family loved working with PBS so much that they hired us to do roofing, siding, doors, and build a custom matching shed! They are known in our company as family!
