These homeowners were initially reached out to us when they found us as Elite Preferred installers on the James Hardie website.The husband is an architect/engineer and the details were crucial to him. He appreciated all the attention to detail during the project consultation, design process, pre-construction, and production phases. This family has been dreaming of this project for a long time, and we were excited to make those dreams a reality.

Professional Building Services demoed 1 layer of wood siding before installing Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Boothbay Blue on the main house and James Hardie 16 Inch Board & Batten in Colorplus finish in Boothbay Blue on the animal barn. We also installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 4-inch window trim and 5 inch friezeboard in Hardie’s Arctic White. We installed Hardie Soffit & Fascia in Hardie’s Arctic White. During this process, we installed whole house Harvey Slimline new construction windows with white exterior and white interior, and a Therma Tru front entry door. We loved figuring out a way to incorporate and compliment the existing stonework on the house to keep a rustic farm charm.

The homeowners continue to update us years later that their neighbors absolutely love the remodeling projects and they refer us to friends and family. They were so happy with the PBS experience that they hired us a year later to do their deck remodel!
