Bow, NH Siding Installation

These homeowners found us on Facebook and had been following us for about a year before reaching out for a siding, roofing, gutter, and deck transformation. They were so fun to work with. We had many design ideas and the homeowners fell in love with bits and pieces of other work we’ve done— we we collaborated to bring those pieces to their house and customize it to the current layout. They also run race cars professional, so Joe and Jordan had a blast nerding out with the family about cars.

Professional Building Services demoed 1 layer of wood siding before installing Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Gray Slate and 16 Inch Board & Batten in Pearl Gray. We even boarded over an insignificant attic window so more of the Board & Batten can have an impact on the home. We also installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. We installed Hardie Soffit & Fascia in Hardie’s Arctic White. Adding 5 Inch PVC Shelf Crown along the windows and garage doors and full PVC water table and water table cap really add to the grand entrance curb appeal. During this process, we installed black metal roofing on the living room window bump out, Owens Corning Duration Shingles in Estate Gray, and several Trex decking and railing systems.

We were so glad we were able to figure out a beautiful design that worked with the existing brick/stone surface on the front of the house to create something modern and timeless. WOW! The homeowners are very satisfied with the overall project management of this large square footage and multiple project types. We will be back for some additional projects soon!
