This home in Beverly, MA received a proper PBS treatment. Their 1800s home was in dire need for some love and care. We properly demoed the lead painted existing siding and tended to all rot repair concerns before install could begin.

PBS installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie Cedarmill Plank Siding in 4 inch Reveal Aged Pewter with Monterey Taupe Trim. The Hardie 8 inch cornerboards, 4 inch window and door trim, fascia, and soffit were done as well as all the decorative friezeboard and crown.

We also installed 3 new doors, several windows, and 3 Trex Decks for this family! We love giving older homes a “face lift” while still maintaining their charm.
