About This Project
This homeowner wanted some extra curb appeal and decided to hire us to do a portico design build project.
Professional Building Services prepped the hip ledger for the new roofline, fixed all water damage and rot, and flashed the connection point with Grace Ice & Water Shield. We built the hip roof and installed black metal roofing for a bit of contrast. We framed a modified barrel roll ceiling and installed white vinyl beadboard ceiling. We installed PVC round support pilars and trimed with decorative PVC trim.
This family love their new curb appeal and the extra protection for their guests and many UPS packages!
