Back Deck Installation In Moultonborough, NH

This family needed the complete PBS treatment: siding, portico, dock, multiple decks, and metal roofing. We were happy to build a them a safe and beautiful 32 x 10 deck with 4 x 4 recessed staircase.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a ground contact rated pressure treated wood framing with Trex Protect. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Tree House and Trex Select Railing with black round metal balusters. We installed 1 x 3 PVC lattice with a custom access gate as well as a custom metal staircase gate with self-closing black hinges.

This family was a blast to work with and we love how much lighter and brighter the view is from the lake!
