These homeowners reached out a couple of years prior to do a Hardie project on their barn/garage conversion. They were so happy with the PBS process, crew, and materials that they hired us two year later to do their main house in a similar design. It was important to these homeowners to modernize the home but keep some of the original charm of the historical looking house.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing wood shingle siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill in Dream Collection Colorplus finish in Elegant Red. We installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 5-inch window and door trim and 8 inch friezeboard in Hardie’s Arctic White. We also dressed up the home with a 6 inch PVC water table and water table cap with 5 inch PVC crown shelfs on the majority of the first story windows. Our favorite part of this project is actually in the back of the home, adjacent to their backyard garden: PVC paneling skirting along the bottom of their bow window & a new gray metal roof!

These homeowners were very happy with the process and are a great reference for new homeowners to connect with. They live on a busy road and continue to tell us about all the compliments they get on their house. Jordan will happily stop by and play with their adorable corgi Emily whenever invited!
