These homeowners reached out to us to consult on their barn/garage conversion. They wanted to make sure they hired someone who was the top tier Hardie installer in the area and had experience working with barnboard as sheathing. Their hope was that whoever did their barn would do their main house in a couple of years.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing wood shingle siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill in Dream Collection Colorplus finish in Elegant Red. We installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, and 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. We also installed new construction windows to ensure the building was 100% water tight.

These homeowners and their adorable corgi dog Emily were a pleasure to work with.
