Andover, MA Siding Installation

This homeowner is an engineer and very detail-orientated—perfect for our siding expert Jordan! He has reached out a couple of years past and explained his concerns where is siding met his roofline along his dormers and knew Hardie would be the only water management solution to work long term. He decided to paint, and was surprised how by how short that paint job lasted. The wood had simply lost its ability to hold paint any longer. The homeowner reached back out to Professional Building Services to do siding, trim, windows, doors, roofing, and decking. A total exterior envelope overall!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing wood siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Light Mist. and Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. We also dressed up the home by installing a PVC water table and water table cap and Hardie Freizeboard. During this process, we installed several Andersen awning windows, a front deck & Owens Corning Roofing.

These homeowners were so pleased with PBS’ communication and craftsmanship, that they hired us a year later to design their back deck which runs the entire length of their home and holds a jacuzzi.
