About This Project
This family reached out to us the year prior for a siding remodeling project. Once they saw an inspiration photo from a Salem, NH project we did, they knew they just had to have a similar portico build.
Professional Building Services prepped the gable ledger for the new roofline, fixed all water damage and rot, and flashes the connection point with Grace Ice & Water Shield. We built roof and barrel roll ceiling and installed Owens Corning Roofing in Onyx Black to match the new roof we installed and installed wood-looking PVC Versatex in Turner Oak. We trimmed out around the roofline in PVC crown moulding in PVC and installed PVC round supportive pillars with header and footer caps.
In doing this project at the same time as the other projects, this portico remodel really enhanced the overall curb appeal of the home and ensure the absolute best installation. These homeowners were thrilled with this transformation and their extra protection from the elements.
