Andover, MA Portico Installation

This homeowner decided to add this portico refresh to his whole house roofing project.

Professional Building Services prepped the hip ledger for the roofline, fixed all water damage and rot, and flashed the connection point with Grace Ice & Water Shield. We reflashed the roofline and installed Trex Select Railing. We replaces decorative trim with PVC and installed Versatex “wood looking” ceiling in Amber. We installed PVC round support pilars and trimed with decorative PVC trim.

This family love the increased curb appeal with brand new, low-maintenance products.
