About This Project
This family badly wanted to increase their curb appeal, but didn’t want to deal with the hassle of town variances and build a portico that involved pillars. They worked with our portico design expert Jordan Ciaraldi to create the portico of their dreams. They knew the best time to install a portico would be during their PBS siding & trim project.
Professional Building Services prepped the hip ledger for the new roofline, fixed all water damage and rot, and flashed the connection point with Grace Ice & Water Shield. We built the gable roof and installed matching asphalt roofing as their main roof. We framed a barrelroll ceiling and installed beadboard ceiling. We built custom PT corbels to support the new roofload.
This family love their new curb appeal and the extra protection for their guests and many UPS packages!
